On April 28, eye doctors took the runway in support of the Lighthouse Foundation.Over 500 attendees packed the event at the Buckhead Theatre. Grossing $229,000+ for Georgia's uninsured, Night of Spectacles 2012 wowed guests with a juried runway show, silent auction, and doctor models from the Lighthouse's partner medical providers
Executive Director Christina Lennon and the staff went on Better Mornings Atlanta to promote the 5th Annual Night of Spectacles fundraiser! Models showed off fabulous dresses made from recycled eyewear!
All over the state, Lions Clubs are supporting their Lighthouse! As the Lions participate in the annual White Cane fundraiser for the Lighthouse surgery program, we want to spotlight the clubs that are making an impact.

On Labor Day weekend, volunteers from the Atlanta Metro Lions Club, the Atlanta Lions Club, and Lighthouse staff participated in a vision screening benefiting the Whitefoord community students.
The project was born when Lighthouse clinic coordinator Caren Kaplan contacted the Whitefoord Community Program, an organization that provides health care, education, and after-school programs for students in the Whitefoord and Edgewood neighborhoods....
