Monthly Giving
The need for vision and hearing services is continuous, and we rely on a steady stream of contributions to meet that need. You can help restore a Georgian’s sight or hearing through monthly contributions to the Lions Lighthouse Foundation. Your generosity as a monthly donor would lead to a dependable source of funding, and give your neighbors the glasses, eye surgery, or hearing aids they need.
How does monthly giving work?
As a monthly donor, you would give ongoing support to the Lighthouse’s vision and hearing programs with a regular monthly gift. Each month your contribution is transferred directly from your credit card or bank account to the Lions Lighthouse Foundation. You can change the amount you give or put a hold on your giving at any time by calling Michelle at 404-325-3630 x 334.
You will receive a thank you letter and tax receipt for you total annual contributions at the end of each fiscal year (June 30th). You will also receive The Beacon, our quarterly newsletter, which includes client success stories and upcoming Lighthouse events.
Monthly gifts ensure the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation regular and predictable funds, allowing us to make solid commitments to new and current projects. Since we know we can count on receiving your support every month, we are able to decrease the expenses of our fundraising and put more of our money into our programs in the field; this is a high priority for us. Over 90% of all funds raised by GLLF go directly to support our program activities.
