Audiologists and Hearing Professionals:
The Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation is a nonprofit charitable organization providing hearing aid assistance to low-income Georgia residents. Since 1977, the Lighthouse Foundation has assisted many Georgia residents in obtaining hearing aids. These efforts were only made possible through the charitable contributions from Lion Club members, partnerships with hearing care professionals, and community members that recycled their hearing aids.
On November 1, 2007, the Lighthouse Foundation implemented a completely new hearing aid program. Under this program:
1. 2. Providers are reimbursed for services given to Lighthouse clients. Services include hearing aid examinations (taking ear impressions), a dispensing appointment, and two follow-up visits.
3. Providers order directly from Unitron (hearing aid) and Emtech (earmold).
4. Analog aids are also available for clients that do not do well with a digital aid.
Partner with the Lighthouse Foundation in providing hearing services to Georgians in your community.
Become a Lighthouse Provider today by completing the Provider Agreement. Please complete the Agreement and fax it to 404-636-5549, Attn: Sharifa.

The Lighthouse will offer different opportunities to recognize your generous contributions by offering free advertisements in our monthly Beacon newsletter, spotlights on our website, stories in your local newspaper, and marketing opportunities at our community events.
