Night of Spectacles
Each year the Lions Lighthouse receives over 100,000 eyeglasses and lenses to be recycled, and a portion of these glasses are scratched or broken beyond repair. Rather than throw out the glasses, they are given to local design schools and artists and turned into wearable dresses. The artists show off their work and compete for a scholarship at our annual Night of Spectacles. The evening includes a silent auction, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and an open bar.
